It’s already been a year since I started this fitness journey. My goal from day one was to lose weight and feel more confident.

Kim has been super patient throughout the whole process, teaching me each workout step by step and always making sure I understood which muscles I was working on.

One thing I really love is the gym space—it’s private, quiet, and perfect for one-on-one training. It made me feel comfortable and focused every session.

The coach is experienced and really focus on the needs of mine.
It’s not only focus on Glute even the fitness name is Glutexcel haha
The environment is quite clean and the machine is good as well.
